The insurance industry does not educate your patients on their coverage when in an accident. They have been known to use scare tactics; adjusters can be very persuasive and prey on a persons ignorance which can cause your patient to settle thier claim without any treatment or stop treatment before they are released from your care.

When is comes time for the patient to settle their claim if they are not represented by an attorney, we can educate them on the steps going forward and the "danger signs" to look for in the "Release Letter".

We work directly with 3rd party insurance adjusters and legal counsel to maximize insurance claims with no out of pocket or upfront cost to your patients.
